Responsibilities
Identifying, developing, and delivering people analytics consulting and learning services engagements with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, including:
Conducting stakeholder interviews to identify business opportunities for People Analytics
Analysing and redesigning operating models for people analytics teams
Delivering learning engagements and training programs including interactive learning experiences (ILX workshops)
Analysing and translating client information and insights into easily understood materials and recommendations
Developing and delivering client proposals including key deliverables, required effort, pricing and timelines for consulting and learning services
Serving as an expert resource helping our clients solve strategic challenges and accelerating the impact of their People Analytics functions
Actively participating in business development conversations and efforts as a subject matter expert
Providing advisory support to Program clients in specific areas where they need help, e.g., operating model, prioritisation, data governance and ethics
Participating in our People Analytics Program events and meetings, including delivering presentations, coordinating speakers, and helping deliver the events
Playing an active role in helping to design, deliver, and execute research studies and resulting publications
Leveraging your expertise in people analytics to help develop additional products and learning content, including content hosted on community and learning platforms
Updating and sharing client intelligence with colleagues by using our client management system, HubSpot
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in people analytics obtained by working in a people analytics function for 5-7 years
An advanced degree in Industrial/Organisational psychology or similar field of study
A passion for and in-depth knowledge of People Analytics
Commercial acumen and ability to assess stakeholder needs, collaborate, and deliver practical solutions that drive results
Excellent consulting, listening and communication skills, demonstrated with the ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the client organisation
Broad based knowledge of Human Resources
Affinity for working with clients and understanding their uniqueness to drive value
Excellent analytical, research, problem solving and decision-making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and results orientated
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Knowledge of workforce planning, data architecture, or data management technology a plus
