Responsibilities
Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems
Operate independently from a company-provided service truck
Service commercial office buildings and data center environments
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Maintain a high standard of safety, appearance, and customer service
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Building engineers or stationary roles will not be considered)
Experience working independently from a service truck
Background servicing commercial office spaces and/or data centers
Demonstrated job stability and consistent work history
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Professional, customer-facing demeanor
Note-This is a non-union position
