Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team during a dynamic and exciting period of transformation. Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and schedules for members of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring they are fully briefed on upcoming commitments
Arrange detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, including all necessary documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming opportunities addressed to the CEO, determining the appropriate course of action or referral
Support the CEO in the preparation of meeting materials and executive presentations
Ensure all documents are polished and accurate
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity
Proactively identify potential conflicts and resolve issues expeditiously to ensure project completion under strict deadlines
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting senior level executives
Proven experience in booking travel arrangements and managing complex schedules
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Must adapt quickly and learn to work well under pressure with limited information and training
