Customer Service Representative-Service Department
Friendly Chevrolet is looking for someone to help us better take care of our Service customers. The main responsibilities include handling service inquiries, providing customer support, and managing appointment scheduling.

Inbound/Outbound Communication: Handling incoming service inquiries and making proactive outbound calls for service reminders, recalls, and special promotions
Customer Support: Answering questions regarding service status, parts inquiries, and warranty information
Appointment Scheduling/Confirmation: Helping set up Service appointments, confirming details related to appointments, editing/cancelling of information when needed
Qualification
Required
