Responsibilities

Act as the connective tissue between vision and execution
Translate founder vision into strategy, priorities, and action
Lead and coordinate execution across marketing, operations, and growth
Work closely with the bathhouse management team (without replacing them)
Partner with the marketing team to launch campaigns, services, and offerings
Drive expansion into new services, experiences, and revenue streams
Oversee execution of spatial, experiential, and brand evolutions
Keep projects moving, decisions made, and momentum high

Required
