5-10+ Years AUTOMOTIVE Industry MANAGEMENT Experience is REQUIRED

Strong Closing Skills to Assist Sales Team in Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets
5-10+ Yrs PRIOR SUCCESS in AUTO INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT is Required
MUST have a mastery of the Auto Sales Process
MUST possess strong Sales and Closing Skills
Strong Leadership, Teaching & Motivational Skills are a MUST to lead the sales team
Excellent Management Skills are Required
Strong understanding of KPI and CRMs & how to use them and the information they provide
Strong Communication Skills
Accountable, Reliable, Dependable & Professional
Strong Customer Service Skills
Ability to Multitask and Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Must have Reliable Transportation
