Engage & Connect
Share leadership and personal growth programs through digital platforms and purposeful conversations
Conduct Discovery Conversations
Facilitate structured, values-based interviews with individuals exploring growth and partnership (training provided)
Onboard & Develop Others
Support new clients and partners through onboarding, learning pathways, and leadership development
Grow as a Leader
Participate in optional global trainings, leadership calls, and mentoring spaces
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Leadership, Coaching, or a related professional field
Ambitious, self-directed, and action-oriented
Strong work ethic and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes
Seeking greater control over your time and earning potential
Think out of the box and are open to learning new ways of working
Value autonomy, but also appreciate mentorship, systems, and teamwork
Preferred
