Responsibilities
Manage multiple marketing projects and client accounts simultaneously
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate internal teams (SEO, paid media, design, content, development) to ensure on-time delivery
Own project timelines, task prioritization, and status tracking
Translate client goals into clear, actionable project plans
Lead client communication via email, calls, and meetings
Proactively identify risks, delays, or scope changes and address them early
Ensure deliverables meet strategic goals and quality standards
Help improve internal processes and workflows as the agency grows
Qualification
Required
2+ years of project management experience (marketing or agency experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Confident working directly with clients and internal teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, paid media, content, design)
Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)
Preferred
Experience working at a digital marketing or creative agency
Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content workflows
Experience managing scope and client expectations
Process-oriented mindset with an interest in improving systems
