Responsibilities
Support daily scheduling, assignments, and operational logistics
Communicate with external partners and internal team members to resolve issues and ensure needs are met
Coordinate high-volume, multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat/text)
Track, process, and reconcile claims accurately and efficiently
Provide administrative and clerical support to internal teams
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve operational tools and workflows
Conduct outbound calls to support engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or complex situations
Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in administrative, operations, or customer support roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable handling fast-paced workflows and shifting priorities
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfort working with scheduling, logistics, and coordination tasks
Strong customer service instincts and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple workstreams simultaneously
