They are seeking a highly organized Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer-facing events while supporting ongoing social media and campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute all customer-facing events, including:
Training and seminar classes
Trade shows
Customer networking events (golf outings, tailgates, sporting events, etc.)
Own end-to-end event logistics, including:
Venue selection and contract coordination
Vendor and supplier coordination
Catering, AV, signage, giveaways, and materials
Travel and on-site staffing support
Manage event timelines, budgets, deposits, invoices, and post-event reconciliation
Coordinate event promotion, registration, and attendee communications
Provide on-site support before, during, and after events
Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and sales handoff
Support social media execution across Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn
Manage content scheduling and publishing using HubSpot or similar platforms
Coordinate social promotion for events, supplier campaigns, and key initiatives
Work with supplier partners to feature appropriate products and messaging
Monitor performance metrics and assist with reporting and analysis
Assist with campaign coordination and execution
Support reporting, tracking, and organization of marketing initiatives
Write and edit short-form marketing content as needed (event promotions, social posts, internal communications)
Maintain brand consistency across all event and digital touchpoints

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a similar role
Demonstrated experience managing multiple events and timelines simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
Adobe Creative Suite experience
Video or multimedia experience a plus
Experience working with suppliers or B2B marketing programs
