Qualification
Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
Experience in a large-scale educational or public sector environment is an asset
