Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive trial support, including trial prep, exhibit management, witness binders, and courtroom assistance
Draft, proof, and file high-volume litigation documents in federal court (PACER)
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and attorney workflows
Conduct document review and litigation support using DISCO
Handle timekeeping and billing through Elite
Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy, discovery, and trial logistics
Maintain exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Required

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong federal court filing experience (PACER)
Background supporting white collar, tax litigation, controversy matters, or business-to-business disputes
Proven ability to support multiple partners simultaneously
High-volume drafting and filing experience
Strong judgment, discretion, and polished communication skills
Comfortable working fully onsite and keeping pace with a demanding workflow
Highly organized and proactive
Able to anticipate attorney needs
Confident communicator with a strong backbone
Quick on your feet and adaptable to shifting priorities
Professional, polished, and composed under pressure
