Customer Service Representative
Florida Education Institute is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for their customers. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow established service standards, scripts, and quality guidelines
Maintain a positive, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude at all times
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with diverse customers
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred
1+ year of customer service experience preferred (call center, retail, healthcare, education, or service industry)
