20+ years expConsenSys FinTech is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their overall financial strategy and capital management. The CFO will manage the company's financial compliance, risk control, and play a key role in cryptocurrency asset management and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's medium-to-long-term financial strategy to support company growth objectives
Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Design and optimize the capital structure (equity, debt, and token structure)
Provide high-quality financial analysis and decision support to the Board of Directors and management
Responsible for the management and security strategy of the company's crypto asset treasury
Develop financial rules for token issuance, unlocking, incentives, and burning
Oversee on-chain and off-chain fund flows to ensure consistency between records and actuals
Collaborate with custodians, exchanges, and on-chain tool providers
Ensure the company's finances comply with US GAAP/IFRS and relevant regulations
Oversee external audits, tax filings, and financial disclosures
Establish and maintain an internal control system
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, FinCEN, etc.)
Lead equity financing, debt financing, or strategic investment negotiations
Maintain investor relations and prepare investor reports and due diligence materials
Support mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and capital market-related matters
Lead and build the finance team (accounting, financial analysis, tax, etc.)
Optimize financial processes, systems, and automation tools
Establish a culture of financial governance and risk management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
20+ years of financial management experience, with at least 15 years at the senior management level
Deep understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management
Familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS and multi-jurisdictional or cross-border tax structures
Preferred
Experience working in FinTech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or technology companies
Experience with Tokenomics, DeFi, or digital assets
Experience in financing, mergers and acquisitions, or initial public offerings (IPO)
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification
