Senior Sales Representative
ESVP COACHING INC. is led by Kieu Vuong PhD, a former UX leader with extensive experience in tech companies. They are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to guide prospective clients through their high-ticket coaching sales process and effectively communicate the value of their coaching solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and career goals
Build genuine rapport and trust with potential clients through active listening and empathetic communication
Articulate the unique value proposition of our coaching program and how they address specific client pain points
Address objections with confidence and provide compelling solutions to overcome it
Close high-value sales and achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system (close.io)
Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Continuously refine your sales approach based on our founder’s feedback and performance data
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales (preferably 3+ years)
Experience in coaching, consulting, or professional services sales preferred
Superior communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
Excellent listening skills and ability to identify client needs beyond surface-level concerns, and anticipate and resolve objections
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex client conversations
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a results-oriented, commission-based environment
