Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
Building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent
Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Participating in developing talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Proficiency in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent
Experience in candidate assessment, Interviewing, and building positive candidate experiences
Excellent skills in Recruiting and talent sourcing using innovative methods
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
