Mid LevelLoll Designs is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to enhance brand awareness and maintain a strong presence within the contract sales channel across the Southeastern United States. This role involves relationship management, market presence, and specification management, requiring flexibility and established connections in the contract furniture industry.

Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with key specifiers, dealers, and end-users in the market
Present to design firms, landscape architects, dealerships, and end users
Drive brand awareness across the Midwest
Understand and be aware of all opportunities within the market to ensure Loll is positioned appropriately
Drive and maintain Loll specification throughout the design and purchasing process
Respond to and vet leads to uncover project opportunities and increase outdoor furniture spend
Work with partners to create "Loll Experiences" through events and learning opportunities
Listen to the market and provide Loll HQ with feedback on product development, design, and insights into what is working
Ensure contract collateral, presentations, new product introductions, and resources are up to date and reflect market needs
Liaise between sales, production, and leadership to ensure project deliverables are met
Work closely with contract sales support to continuously improve processes and communication between cross-functional teams and partners
Manage all regional sample furniture to drive awareness and opportunity
Attend trade shows and annual sales meetings
Travel within the region as needed to drive business and brand awareness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the contract furniture industry
Based in Nashville or Charlotte, with the ability to cover TN, NC and SC
Willingness to travel as needed
Established relationships in the contract furniture world
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
Flexibility
This position will primarily work from a home office and require 40% travel
While performing these duties the individual is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use a computer, type and reach with hands and arms
Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
