Qualification
Required
Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to manage budgets and develop strategic plans
Strong proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements)
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for informed decision-making and financial insights
Experience in Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
MBA or CPA preferred
Experience in aerospace, technology, or related industries is a plus
