Responsibilities
Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with US GAAP
Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and detailed variance analysis
Review and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting
Support budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with operational stakeholders
Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Assist with statutory reporting, external audits, and internal audit requirements
Support cash management, working capital analysis, and intercompany accounting
Partner with operations, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within accounting processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred (or in progress)
Background in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, or similar operational environments preferred
