Responsibilities
Produce and edit compelling product demo videos combining screen recordings, visual assets, and professional voiceover narration
Develop final video products that effectively communicate product value and implementation strategies based on storyboards created by the education team
Showcase product team features through clear visual storytelling and real-world use case scenarios
Maintain consistent visual branding and messaging standards across all video deliverables
Collaborate closely with the education team and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously refine video quality and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience creating educational content for SaaS products, including screen recording and editing
A proven ability to take abstract technical concepts and translate them into actionable and inspiring narratives for individuals at work
Experience with video editing software such as ScreenFlow, Premiere Pro, Frame.io, and After Effects
Experience with design tools like Figma for creating thumbnails, graphics, or visual assets that complement video content
Experience sourcing and managing 3rd party VO actors
Basic sound design skills, including music selection and audio mixing
Preferred
Experience creating product education videos for AI/ML tools or emerging technologies
Background in product marketing, customer success, or customer education
Professional voiceover capabilities with clear, engaging delivery suitable for business audiences
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects for product storytelling (including experience with After Effects)
