The Accounting Manager will serve as a key member of the Accounting team, responsible for overseeing accounting activities, managing cash flow, and coordinating external audits for multiple entities.

Responsibilities
Review accounting activity in the general ledger, accounts payable and other accounting related activities
Preparing Budget to Actual analysis and variance analysis
Management of cash flow
Coordinate and manage external audits for multiple entities
Implement and refine departmental accounting processes to improve efficiency via automation
Financial Reporting - analyze and present data in the form of financial reports
Coordinate internally with accounting department while also managing cross-departmental processes across the Company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
Minimum of 7-10 years of Public or Private accounting experience
Experience in the Renewable Energy/Solar/Wind industries is required
Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-level ownership structures, specifically tax equity structures, is required
Cost accounting experience is required
Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate clearly and collaborate with other departments
Proficiency with accounting software (Sage Intacct and QuickBooks), Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to analyze financial data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
Preferred
CPA and/or related Masters degree is a plus
