Responsibilities
Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks and follow through with creative ideas
Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions

Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks and follow through with creative ideas
