Regional Sales Manager
Red Frog Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales across a multi-state South Central / West territory. This role involves developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and supporting dealer partners while executing strategic territory plans, which includes significant travel for product demonstrations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete sales cycle within the South Central / West territory, from prospecting through close
Build and execute quarterly territory plans aligned to pipeline, demos, orders, and revenue targets
Prospect and qualify new opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound leads
Manage and grow existing customer and dealer relationships
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals; negotiate within established guidelines
Safely tow, transport, and operate aerial lifts for on-site demonstrations, trainings, and customer events
Deliver equipment and coordinate customer onboarding and MEWP training sessions
Recruit, onboard, and support dealer and distributor partners; conduct joint pipeline reviews and co-marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
Gather and communicate voice-of-customer insights and competitive intelligence to internal teams
Represent company at trade shows, industry events, and internal training sessions, including limited out-of-territory travel
Qualification
Required
4+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experience
Proven success managing large, multi-state sales territories
Hands-on, technical selling capability with comfort operating aerial lift equipment
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Consistent, disciplined use of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely tow and maneuver a truck and trailer
Preferred
Experience selling into construction, equipment rental, arborist, or access equipment markets strongly preferred
Experience with aerial lifts, hydraulic machinery, or specialty access equipment
Background in tree care, rental, or heavy equipment environments
MEWP certification (IPAF) or willingness to obtain
Class A or Class B CDL
Spanish / English bilingual
