Conducting in-depth legal research
Preparing legal documentation
Providing strategic counsel to clients on workplace law and compliance concerns
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including knowledge of employment contracts and labor disputes
Experience working with Employment Tribunals and related legal procedures
Proficiency in general legal practices encompassing research, legal writing, and litigation strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in Massachusetts
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
Preferred
Previous experience in employment law and proven track record in client representation is highly desirable
