LHH is a staffing firm seeking a contract Litigation Paralegal to assist a law firm in Cleveland, OH with a significant backlog of work. The role involves providing litigation support throughout all phases of trial preparation and managing case-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide litigation support through all phases of trial preparation and trial

Assist with trial logistics and materials for a high volume of trials

Support attorneys with case management, filings, and document preparation

Handle Ohio court filings and be familiar with state filing systems

Assist with real estate related litigation matters

Coordinate and support local trial travel (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and nearby cities)

Collaborate closely with the litigation team to help address backlog

Required

Minimum 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Trial experience required (must be well-versed in trial prep and support)

Real estate litigation experience is a must

Experience with Ohio court filing systems

Ability to work full-time, primarily onsite

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment
