Responsibilities
Own and manage the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting
Build and maintain rolling forecasts across portfolio companies, from bookings through free cash flow
Partner directly with operational CEOs to define KPIs and support regular business reviews
Analyze performance trends, variances, and strategic opportunities across the portfolio
Develop robust financial models to evaluate company performance and investment decisions
Support M&A evaluation and integration, including financial diligence and modeling
Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve financial performance
Continuously enhance forecasting and reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
Experience building and managing forecasting processes across multiple entities
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and curiosity —you don't wait to be told
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with distributed teams
Preferred
Coursework or certifications in AI, data analytics, or automation applied to finance are a plus—particularly from leading finance and technology institutions such as Wharton (University of Pennsylvania), Chicago Booth, MIT Sloan, Berkeley Haas, Michigan Ross, Stanford, Columbia, Carnegie Mellon, NYU Stern, UT Austin McCombs, or Texas A&M Mays Business School
Progress toward CPA or CFA designation a plus
~3 years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven environments
SQL or BI tools are a plus
