Required

Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the construction industry and spray foam products is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel and visit job sites regularly
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
