Participate in online and in-person meetings, training sessions, industry events, and informational activities
Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, messages, emails, and in-person interactions
Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information regarding available services and processes
Observe general market activity and share relevant insights with internal teams
Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to support team objectives and improve workflows
Use approved social media and digital platforms responsibly for outreach and engagement
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems as required
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service, client support, or a related field preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to engage professionally with customers, team members, and leadership
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Basic understanding of customer engagement or sales-related processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
