Responsibilities
Review and interpret all work orders to follow specific production instructions accurately
Perform and document regular quality checks using appropriate measuring tools
Complete all required paperwork clearly, accurately, and in compliance with ISO, GMP, and HACCP standards
Conduct random product inspections every 5–10 minutes to maintain top-tier product quality
Verify that all materials, packaging supplies, and quality control instruments are correct and available for each job
Generate and apply accurate labels for all cartons and spools
Collaborate with team members to assist in setups, changeovers, and equipment troubleshooting
Follow all safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure and efficient work environment
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (required; extrusion experience a strong plus)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork
Strong work ethic and reliability to meet production goals and deadlines
Dedication to maintaining a safe workplace by adhering to company safety standards at all times
