Responsibilities

Define the long-term loyalty vision and roadmap, balancing customer experience with commercial impact
Partner with internal product, analytics, and client teams to align loyalty innovation with enterprise objectives
Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives that drive executive alignment and action
Build a test and learn framework to continuously optimize creative, messaging, and channel mix
Serve as a strategic ambassador for the company’s thought leadership in loyalty, shopper marketing and data driven engagement
Integrate retail media insights with loyalty data to delivery more personalized shopper journeys and stronger client partnerships
Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and agility in evolving shopper engagement practices

Partner with sales and client teams to co-create opportunities that deepen client relationships and expand strategic influence

Required

Expertise in loyalty programs, shopper marketing strategies, and customer lifecycle management
Proven skills in data analytics, customer segmentation, and performance tracking
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, campaign execution, and team management
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven customer engagement tools and retail marketing analytics
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Previous experience in the retail or grocery industry is advantageous
