Responsibilities

Lead and support daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
Support the front desk bar operation, ensuring responsible service, brand standards, and a great guest experience
Assist with hotel events and activations, including setup, execution, guest flow, and service support
Serve as a key point of contact for guests, team members, and vendors
Ensure all front desk team members are trained on service standards, brand expectations, and guest recovery procedures
Process guest payments and resolve billing questions according to hotel standards
Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to the management team
Assist with team member scheduling, coverage, and daily task coordination
Actively engage with guests in public spaces, creating a fun, welcoming, and social atmosphere consistent with the MOXY brand

Flexible scheduling availability
Lead and support daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out

Ability to anticipate issues, think on your feet, and solve problems calmly
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests and team members
Able to remain composed and professional in high-volume or high-energy situations
Approachable, positive, and visible on the floor—this is a leadership-through-presence role
