Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for ongoing hiring needs across departments
Source, screen, and schedule candidates to ensure roles are filled quickly and effectively
Maintain strong relationships with temp agencies and ensure temp roles stay filled
Track open positions and provide weekly hiring updates
Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate and track yearly performance reviews, ensuring all departments complete evaluations on time
Conduct monthly audits and reports on key people metrics, including: Attendance, On-time performance, PTO usage, and other workforce metrics
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for all employee types
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Partner with leadership to identify staffing gaps and proactively fill them
Provide general HR support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualification
Required
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Ability to keep roles consistently staffed
HR operations knowledge (handbook, compliance, documentation)
Experience managing yearly reviews and scheduled HR processes
Ability to track and report monthly people metrics
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting
Local to Northbrook, IL & able to work onsite 30 hours/week
Fluent in Spanish
