Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in Spine Surgery or related field
Understanding of Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery procedures
Familiarity with general principles of Medicine and patient care
Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Preferred
Clinical background or experience in operating rooms
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, medical sciences, or related disciplines)
