The role is responsible for ensuring operational readiness of meeting spaces by providing audiovisual support, coordinating setups, and maintaining organization in meeting rooms.

Responsibilities
Support daily meetings and on‑site events to ensure a smooth, professional experience
Provide on‑site assistance during meetings and events to quickly resolve issues
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for meetings and events
Support in‑person, hybrid, and virtual meetings with reliable technical assistance
Prepare, set, and reset meeting rooms and stages according to event requirements
Maintain organization and stocking of meeting rooms and phone booths
Conduct routine checks to ensure all meeting spaces are operational and ready
Escalate equipment or facility issues and assist with coordination of repairs
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in technical, events, or facilities support, with working knowledge of audiovisual systems
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet physical job requirements, and a service‑oriented approach to supporting colleagues
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
