The Director of Operations will oversee key operational activities, manage daily operations, and lead teams to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational activities to ensure the organization’s efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives
Managing daily operations
Leading and mentoring teams
Overseeing financial budgeting and resource allocation
Optimizing processes
Ensuring high standards of customer service delivery
Collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline activities and improve operational outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Operations Management and process optimization techniques
Proficiency in Analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to operational strategy and decision-making
Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate teams effectively
Skill in Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure efficient resource use and alignment with organizational goals
Customer Service aptitude to maintain excellence in client and stakeholder relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proven experience in developing and implementing organizational strategies
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Preferred
Knowledge of the SME development industry and experience working in non-profit or international development organizations is advantageous
