They are seeking an Implementation Consultant who will lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions across clients with various ERP systems (Epicor P21, Infor CSD, SAP, Eclipse, Netsuite and more)
Collaborate with product management and sales team for alignment on project stakeholders and development requirements
Advise clients on best practices related to reverse logistics and integration strategy
Deliver projects on time and adhere to scoping documents while keeping client satisfaction to a premium
Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless transition and handoff
Technical enough to understand how technical solutions map to business outcomes
Participate in agile processes with product management and developers to achieve key milestones within a project
Qualification
Required
Experience leading multi-stakeholder, multi-department projects
Supply chain (distribution & manufacturing) experience is highly valued
Experience working with technology that has integration to ERP is critical
