Responsibilities

Must Have 7+ years of Experience in Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing
Experience in Cybersecurity and Cloud-native Security Services (at least 3 years in AWS)
Hands-on experience in building and deploying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules
Provisioning, Managing and Monitoring the security for resources/Landing Zones in AWS
Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services across various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Develop and enhance cloud capabilities, often creating reusable components and services
Define and track operational metrics for performance, reliability, scalability, and availability
Provide architectural recommendations and subject matter expertise in cloud services and architectural principles (e.g., Well-Architected Framework)
Ensure all solutions adhere to established architectural design patterns, governance & FIS standards, and security controls
Monitor and optimize cloud resources to identify cost-saving opportunities (e.g., rightsizing, reserved instances)
Work with finance and procurement teams to implement cost optimization strategies
Implement measures for cloud security, including firewalls, IAM, and encryption
Ensure compliance with relevant security policies and industry best practices
Assess the production readiness of new cloud platform services and define operational characteristics and maintainability
Support cloud platform consumers in onboarding quickly, utilizing known patterns and blueprints
Migrate applications to the cloud, often involve migration from on-premises infrastructure or other cloud providers
Re-platforming resources like servers, data, and applications
Re-architecting monolithic applications into cloud-native microservices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues and application deployment problems
Analyze logs and data, open service requests, and work with vendors to drive problem resolution
Provide necessary cloud support services
