This role will own the strategy and delivery of low-code/no-code workflow and automation technologies, driving efficiency, risk reduction, and innovation across various organizations within the bank.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the product strategy for workflow and intelligent automation platforms across CIB
Lead and mentor multiple L1 Product Owners and delivery teams
Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
Prioritize features and initiatives to mitigate operational risk and automate control processes
Partner with business, technology, risk, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions
Drive adoption of new tools and technologies across CIB
Ensure delivery excellence through strong Agile practices, backlog grooming, and sprint execution
Deliver measurable efficiency gains and cost savings through automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Business Execution, Product Ownership, or Strategic Delivery experience
5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
5+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably Investment Banking
Strong background in intelligent automation and workflow delivery
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Experience managing multiple teams and complex product portfolios
Strong Jira expertise including roadmaps, plans, and backlog management
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred
Power BI dashboard development
Exposure to AI technologies and frameworks
BPMN 2.0 process modeling
Wireframing using Figma
Experience with Hyland Alfresco Workflow
Familiarity with Xceptor Data Automation platform
