Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the STP IMD, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of program
Provide leadership and guidance to program staff
Collaborate with administrator to ensure program goals are met
Monitor program budget and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and make necessary improvements
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in behavioral health programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience or training in a mental health setting
One year of experience or training in program development for mentally disordered
Proven experience in program management, particularly in the behavioral health field
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Training in a mental health setting: 2 years
Training in program development for mentally disordered: 1 year
Preferred
Title 22: 1 year
Social Work License
Licensed Psychiatric Technician License
Recreation therapist certificate
Occupational Therapy License
Dance therapist certificate
Art therapist certificate

LVN License
