Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all internal systems and applications
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to technical issues
Train and support end-users on new systems and applications
Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Required
