Qualification
Required
Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage is required
Knowledge of Financial concepts and their application to insurance solutions
Strong skills in Customer Service to address client needs and build lasting relationships
Ability to work on-site in VA, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A valid insurance license is required
Proactive problem-solving abilities and demonstrated success in meeting sales targets are an advantage
Preferred
Previous experience in employee benefits or voluntary insurance solutions is a plus
