Responsibilities

Obtaining capital commitments and driving investor relations and business development objectives to ensure successful execution of deals. Raise capital from high-net-worth individuals, leveraging a proven ability to source, engage, and close investment commitments independently
Close on capital sources; maintain the relationship necessary to assure future positive relations and take the role of a trusted advisor
Develop and deliver compelling presentations for both current and prospective investors; oversee content strategy and curation
Provide timely insights on market trends and report key findings to the leadership team
Contribute to drafting thoughtful commentary and analysis for investor communications and materials

Required

Demonstrated success in sales or capital raising for real estate projects in each of the last three years
Strong understanding of real estate underwriting, risk assessment, and the ability to articulate these concepts effectively to investors
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term investor relationships
Self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose, accountability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
