Responsibilities
Design, build, and refine prompts for real-world agent tasks
Develop robust evaluation pipelines to measure accuracy, reliability, compliance, and business outcomes of AI prompts at scale
Architect and implement multi-step AI agents that integrate with customer systems
Ensure agents are reliable, scalable, and cost-optimized in high-volume environments
Qualification
Required
3 - 7 Years of experience AI tools
LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
optimizing models such as GPT, LLaMA, and Falcon for task-specific applications
Design, build, and refine prompts for real-world agent tasks
Develop robust evaluation pipelines to measure accuracy, reliability, compliance, and business outcomes of AI prompts at scale
Architect and implement multi-step AI agents that integrate with customer systems
Ensure agents are reliable, scalable, and cost-optimized in high-volume environments
Preferred
Preferred work location – Richardson, TX, Tampa, FL, Baskin Ridge, NJ
Work Mode - 3 days week (Hybrid) from hub or client location
