Sales Representative

They are seeking a Sales Representative to identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote their surgical solutions while managing client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.

Staying informed about Medacta’s evolving product portfolio and industry advancements
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Knowledge of Medical Devices, Healthcare Solutions, or Surgery-related fields is highly desirable
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the team
Analytical skills for understanding client needs and creating tailored solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools or related software is an advantage
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
