Responsibilities
Complaints management: Assist with the management of our complaints policy, including investigation and response to escalated complaints and quality assurance checks on tracking documents
Dispute processing: Assist with the investigation and response to customer transaction disputes and credit disputes in line with our internal procedures and regulatory timeframes
Banking operations: Support our bank partners with requests that require Cleo investigation and action
Iteration of existing processes: Assist in the creation and improvement of the processes key to the operation of Cleo’s products
Qualification
Required
Experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency for existing processes
Detail oriented and good at spotting trends
Strong communicator and adept at facilitating cross-functional workstreams
Analytical approach to work and comfortable working with data across various tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Count, etc
Customer focused and operate with end users' best interest at heart
Based in EST
Preferred
Experience with credit or debit card operational processes
Experience working in a start up environment
Knowledge of the US financial landscape
Any level of SQL expertise
