Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day office and operational activities to ensure efficient workflow
Develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Lead, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Coordinate training programs to support staff development and performance improvement
Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and operational planning
Manage facilities‑related activities, including workspace organization, equipment needs, and safety/security procedures
Provide problem‑solving support for operational issues and escalate concerns when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Proficiency with computers, office systems, and related technology
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Three to five years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities
