Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial and operational models to inform decision-making and business case development
Executive Communication: Develop compelling C-Suite storyboards and presentation materials for leadership and Board alignment
Strategic Planning Support: Coordinate workshops and stakeholder interviews; synthesize input to shape solutions and drive consensus
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success of transformation initiatives
Team Collaboration: Support junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy/transformation experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to structure complex problems and generate actionable insights
High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred
Exceptional communication and influencing skills across diverse teams
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Collaborative team player with a bias toward action and decision-making
