The CEO will be responsible for building and scaling the platform, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes for companies transitioning from $10–50M in revenue to $100M+ in enterprise value.

Responsibilities
Build and scale THE GAP into a $200M+ operating platform
Oversee onboarding and success of a large portfolio of companies
Standardize execution cadence, reporting, and escalation
Hire, lead, and manage closers and managing director leads
Enforce transparent expectations and full accountability
Make decisive leadership changes when required
Build and manage diverse, high-caliber advisory groups
Ensure advisors drive execution, not discussion
Coordinate access to capital, M&A, talent, and infrastructure
Own platform P&L, margins, and unit economics
Maintain disciplined growth without dilution
Protect platform seriousness, scarcity, and reputation
Surface growth, capital, restructuring, and M&A opportunities
Coordinate with investment banking and capital partners
Ensure opportunities are de-risked through embedded execution
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership of complex, multi-division organizations
History of scaling remote businesses or platforms materially
Direct responsibility for P&L, execution, and outcomes
Execution-oriented and decisive
Calm under pressure
Intolerant of dysfunction and politics
Comfortable making hard leadership and capital decisions
Motivated by durability, impact, and legacy
