Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team goals
Manage job postings and optimize visibility across platforms and networks
Conduct engaging initial interviews and coordinate seamless interview experiences
Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate journey
Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to support smooth onboarding and integration
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy and report to leadership
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
Working knowledge of employment laws and ethical hiring practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
