Responsibilities
Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget
Providing project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration with a proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and partners
Engaging competently with clients at all organizational levels
Holding P&L responsibility for the project
Contributing to process improvements, pre-sales support, and team development initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of program/project management experience delivering software products or services, or product development within the financial services domain, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working in a product and solutions company with exposure to the post-trade automation business domain or similar experience
Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry
Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills applicable across organizational levels
Solid business knowledge in the post-trade automation space
Excellent client-facing skills with strong relationship-building capabilities
Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMI)
Preferred
Strong influencing skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization
10+ years of program/project management experience in financial services or solutions vendor organizations, or equivalent experience
Certification in project/program management (PMP or equivalent)
Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a practical, can-do approach
Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage time effectively
